How do I track the status of my order?

You will receive a Tracking Number at time of your order despatch, and you can log into check how it's travelling.

 

Can I change any details on my order after I have submitted it ?

No, we process and pick and pack your orders as quickly as we can, and your updated changes will not connect with your original order. Should it only be a very short time since placing your order, please email robin@k9hq.com.au and we will try to accommodate your changes, providing your order has not already been dispatched.

 

Can I collect my order ?

Unfortunately not, all our deliveries are dispatched direct from our warehouse, not a retail store, so all orders are delivered.

 

When will my order ship ?

We aim to dispatch your order within 24hrs business hours of receipt, Monday to Friday our business hours are 9am to 3pm AEST.

 

Are you really an Australian company ?

Yes, we are Aussies and our business is proudly Australian owned and operated, and we design products and manufacture both in Australia and internationally as necessary. We are based on the beautiful Gold Coast and employ locals as our team. Everyone's dogs come to work every day as we are all absolute animal lovers, especially our puppas.

 

Do you have sustainable ideals ?

Yes, we are earth warriors and will continue to move our business in the direction of more and more recyclables, using fabrics manufactured from plastics reclaimed from the oceans, as RPET fabric ranges increase in quality and availability. We actively care for the environment in every way we can. We will continue to extend our ranges and packaging utilising RPET and Recycled and FSC (Use a tree, plant a tree).

 

I can't find the style or size I want ?

As we have bespoke products and numerous ranges, we are often sold out quickly, as our loyal following truly support new products and jump on board and, once they're gone, they're gone. We don't buy mass produced products that you will see everywhere (just with the name tags changed), so we do have limited products and sizes. This is the joy of exclusive styles. See it, love it, buy it.

 

How do I care for my product ?

Each product has specific care info on the product descriptions. Please refer to each product's guidelines and recommendations to keep your items looking beautiful.

 

How do I contact you ?

Please refer to our Contact Us page, we're all there for you via many methods of contact including phones, email, etc.

 

How do I get the right size ?

We strongly recommend you simply purchase a soft tape measure ($2 approx at Woolworth, Coles, IGA etc) for absolutely correct measurements of your fur baby.  Each product has the individual measurements and a size chart info specific to it.  Do not simply guess, there are many variables, puppas like people, come in all shapes and sizes. Please make the effort to be accurate, you'll be pleased you did when your product looks amazing on your fur baby when it arrives. Like us too, their sizes vary slightly by seasons, weight,  hair cuts, age, etc, so check when making your purchase.
